How long until my order is shipped?
We will ship your package within 2-3 business days.

Can I combine my order?
Please contact us if you have this question. If the order is yet to be shipped we're able to combine your orders and shipping costs!

Can I cancel my order?
If your order had not been shipped yet we are able to cancel your order. Please contact us with your order number so we can take care of it for you!

How much is shipping?
Shipping cost:
Orders over €50EUR qualify for free shipping.
Orders under €50EUR will be charged for shipping. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates.

We ship worldwide!
Shipping time however might vary depending on location

How is my package shipped?
We ship through lettermail with PostNL.
In Europe this can take anywhere from 2-12 business days depending on where you're located.
For the rest of the world this can take anywhere from 4-21 business days depending on where you're located.
(This does not include weekends and holidays)
